Booking: To book our services, clients must agree to our pricing and scheduling policies. A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings with advance notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
Payment: Payment for services is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
Intellectual Property: All photographs taken by Kaelynn Captures Photography are the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients may not reproduce or distribute images without permission.
Use of Images: Clients grant Kaelynn Captures Photography the right to use photographs for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of equipment and clients during photo sessions, Kaelynn Captures Photography is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the course of our services.
Client Cooperation: Clients are expected to cooperate with the photographer to ensure the success of the photo session. This includes following instructions and being punctual.
